A 75-minute experience that integrates movement, breath, and sound to help regulate the nervous system, alleviate stress, and restore equilibrium. The focus is on resetting both body and mind through embodied practices that foster a sense of safety and relaxation. This includes specific breathing techniques aimed at balancing the nervous system, a grounding yoga sequence designed to enhance body awareness, and a profound sense of calm following sound healing. The session consists of opening and grounding exercises, gentle movement, breath work, a sound bath, and integration.
