I am a holistic therapy provider based in Atlanta, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. I blend evidence-informed therapeutic approaches with somatic healing, breathwork, sound and mindfulness to create a deeply compassionate and embodied healing space. I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and under the supervision of Dr. Brittany Hewitt.

Utilizing integrative modalities such as breathwork, somatic mindfulness, yoga, meditation and Reiki to support mind-body integration.
