I am a trauma-informed embodiment facilitator with over a decade of experience guiding individuals back to themselves through intentional, somatic practices. I specialize in nervous system regulation and emotional healing through yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing. My approach is rooted in deep presence, safety, and compassion — holding space for others to reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and cultivate inner stillness. Whether through slow, mindful movement, breath-led practices, or immersive sound journeys, I am devoted to creating spaces where healing can unfold organically and authentically.
