We'll set the foundation for this journey by setting our intentions and learning the basics to build upon for this journey. Connect to the support within yourself and the earth underneath you. From a place of safety, we're able to manifest a new vision.

In this module, you will learn four different techniques that help to move energy through the body and connect to air energy of prana flow. Create space for something new, the capacity for transformation.

Fire
This is the most fiery module that worksto burn through difficult emotions like anger. Anger is often seen as a negative emotion, but it's actually designed to teach us something about ourselves, our boundaries and the situation at hand. Burn through limiting blocks, past patterns and perceived limitations.

This module closes out the series by inviting you to flow with your breath, create space for letting go, and flow through life with ease.
